05. What are the shipping fees ?

  • Free shipping for all customers living at West Malaysia.
  • Minimum of RM 8.50* will apply to East Malaysia customers. Additional fees may apply.
  • For International customers, please send an email inquire to get the shipping fee rates.

06. How do I know if my order has been shipped out ?

  • We will send you an email with the tracking number once your parcel has been shipped out.

07. Which courier company is VOODZ using ?

  • For local shipping orders, we use GDEX. You can use their traking system to track your parcel with the tracking number provided by us.

11. What type of payment does VOODZ accept ?

  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and FPX transfer.
  • E-Wallet payments will be accepted in the future.

12. How do I know if my payment is successful ?

  • An email will be sent to your inbox if the payment is successful.
  • If you DO NOT receive any emails regarding the payment, please check the junk/spam area. Please send us an email if there is no comformation email sent to you. We will help you to confirm if your payment has been made.

13. What are the benefits if I subscribe to the newsletter ?

  • Newsletter subscibers can get exclusive offers and prices, get notified when we release a new product or collection and many more benefits. We will not spam you with emails every hour.

14. Is there a physical store for me to shop at ?

  • Although there is no physical store for shopping, however, you may visit our parent company's showroom by appointment.

15. Can I pay using cash ?

  • We do not accept any cash payment when you visit our showroom. All purchases should be made online.
